Joey and his team are truly the BEST and I'd recommend to anyone in town! I had a bathroom sink emergency that Joey resolved swiftly and kindly. And his kind and humorous attitude made my week! He communicated with me every step of the way and I felt reassured at every turn that I had his and his team's support. I know he was also helping my neighbors out and was really helpful there as well. We are all big fans of Joey and his team around here! This review is long overdue. Joey and his crew remodeled an entire bathroom, helped us with cosmetic fix up of another bathroom, a fireplace and painted our entire unit while coping with COVID & permit hassles back in 2021. Very courteous, responsible & professional.

Joey and the guys from Ultimate did a great job painting my bedroom in the last minute before I moved into my new apartment! I called and Joey was able to give me a quote over the phone, and he and the guys came over and started painting that same morning! My bedroom looks beautiful. Thanks guys!

The best experience ever with a contracting company, Joey is a pro and courteous and very very very knowledgeable, our project came off without a hitch, on time, beautifully and expertly. I cannot say enough about how much do you want to work with this company

Many of us have had interactions with various contractors. Until recently, most every project needed supervision to make sure the job was completed properly and to my satisfaction. When Joe arrived and did an evaluation and recommendations on the work necessary for proper repairs, and gave me a list of his credentials, I thought that there was no way he could finish the job the way he said it should be done. He also told me that he would get back to me once the job was approved by the association. I wasn't going to hold my breath.

Well.... if I held my breath... it would not have been for long. The ULTIMATE totally blew me away! I'm serious. They exceeded any expectations. Even Joe got on a ladder and climbed up to the second floor and worked with his exceptional team of clean and respectful workers.
I could say more.... just know this....If you really want a job done right the first time around... Pease call ULTIMATE. I have never met a contractor with his integrity.

I was hesitant about which contractor to work with for my new place in West LA, and boy am I glad I chose the Uktinate Company. Joey and his crew, including Sergio, are the ultimate professionals. They are honest (hard to find these days when it comes to contractors), hard working and reliable. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family for any work needed to remodel or build your house/condo.

We had a Christmas morning broken valve in our master bath that flooded our bathroom and bedroom. Joey responded to our call within 24 hours. We had extensive water damage and had to replace our floors and walls, re-do the plumbing that caused the damage as well as replace all fixtures, tile and shower (including building a new shower pan). Joey's crew did a great job. They were on time everyday and worked late whenever necessary. Sergio and Ruben were clean, professional and courteous and Joey kept us informed about every step of the process. They came in on budget and were 1/2 the price of the other contractor we got a bid from. We had an excellent experience and have only positive things to say!
